So a couple nights ago I'm in bed minding my own business when at about 3 am I wake up with the most excruciating pain in my left shoulder. Now I'm half asleep and I don't know whets going on, all I know is that I have to get up and go to work in a few hours, and I want to sleep. Then I realize that my shoulder is dislocated, again!, and I cant get it back in considered just going back to sleep and dealing with this later but that was not goign to happen. So after about what felt like twenty minutes i get my shoulder back in, I think this was friday night, and all I can say is that my shoulder still hurts.
